The Cobden Centre is a think tank that was formed in the UK to serve as a platform for development of ideas including business cycle theory, free market economic solutions, digital currencies and free trade.
The think tank was founded by Steve Baker (A member of parliament) and Toby Baxendale (An entrepreneur). The Cobden Centre uses a theory of business developed by Fridrich von Hasyek and Ludwig von Mises. It has several people involved who are considered experts in digital currencies and Blockchains and have held numerous shows to display digital currencies to MEPs and parliament. They aim to promote social progress, honest monetary systems and the concept of a free market.
