CAPRI OS - Definition from the Hotspot Shield Encyclopedia

CAPRI OS is actually a codename for an NSA (National Security Agency) project that deals with SSH (Secure Shell) and SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) interceptions and how they are processed.

The NSA actively engages in espionage, data collection and the monitoring of public information. There have been reports in the past that the NSA have managed to break certain security features like SSH and SSL and use this knowledge to intercept network transmissions. Although there is no proof, the NSA has a huge amount of available resources and their decryption capabilities are widely known to be advanced.
